Who This Is For

Built for organisations that carry real responsibility.

MYQER Workforce is designed for organisations where duty of care is not a checkbox. It is an operational priority that sits at the heart of how they look after their people.

How It Works

Simple to deploy. Ready to use immediately.

No IT project. No integration work. No training programme. MYQER Workforce is operational within days of sign up.

Organisation registers and receives a secure invite link

One link. Shared with staff via email or your existing internal communication channels. Nothing new to install or configure.

Each employee creates their own private emergency profile

Staff register using their work email and complete their own profile. They control what they add, edit, and remove. The organisation never sees the contents.

A QR card is generated for each person

Each employee receives a QR card. One online access code and one offline code that works without internet. Worn, carried, or kept on a lanyard or keycard holder.

Any responsible adult scans in an emergency

A colleague, first aider, or emergency responder scans the QR code on any camera enabled device. No app. No login. Essential information appears immediately.

Works on any device with a camera

MYQER does not require a dedicated device or specialist equipment. A mobile phone, shared tablet, or any camera enabled screen is sufficient. The QR card on the employee acts as an immediate signal: essential information is here, scan it now.

Privacy in Practice

The organisation sees readiness. Employees own their information.

This is the core principle. The organisation confirms that people are prepared. The individual decides what their emergency information contains. Those two things never cross.

What This Enables

Practical outcomes for real organisations.

MYQER Workforce is not a theoretical improvement. It changes what is possible in the first moments of a real incident.

Faster access to essential information

In a time critical situation, any adult present can access an employee's essential emergency information within seconds. No searching. No phone calls to HR. No waiting for a system to load.

Documented preparedness for duty of care

Monthly readiness reports show profile completion rates, active members, and QR scan activity. Documented evidence that appropriate preparedness measures are in place and actively maintained.

Stronger support for lone workers

For staff who work alone or travel to locations without immediate colleague support, MYQER provides a practical layer of readiness. If something happens, whoever is present has a way to access the information that matters.

Clearer first response for any incident

Hesitation in the first moments of an incident can have real consequences. MYQER reduces uncertainty for any first responder by making essential information immediately available. Scan, see, act.

Privacy that employees can trust

Because employees control their own profiles and organisations only see readiness status, staff are more likely to engage fully. Trust in the process leads to higher completion rates and stronger overall preparedness.

No technical dependency or app requirement

MYQER works on any camera enabled device. There is no app to install, no login barrier in an emergency, and no dependency on a specific device or operating system.

Privacy and Trust

Designed for essential information only.

Every design decision in MYQER starts from the same position. People should control their own information. Organisations should receive only what they need to confirm readiness.

Employee controlled information

Every profile is created, owned, and managed by the individual employee. They choose what to include and can update or remove information at any time. No employer intervention required or possible.

No health data in organisation reports

Monthly reports contain readiness percentages, active member counts, seat usage, and aggregate QR scan activity. No individual medical information or personal health details are included in any report.

No app required

MYQER works on any camera enabled device. There is nothing to download, install, or maintain at an organisational level. Any shared device or personal phone is sufficient to scan and access information.

No login in an emergency

When someone needs to access a profile in a real situation, there is no login step. No password. No authentication barrier. The profile is accessible immediately to whoever is present at the moment they need it.

Privacy timed display

Emergency profiles disappear automatically from the screen after viewing. Sensitive details are not left visible on a device after the moment has been responded to.

Online and offline QR access

Each profile generates two QR codes. One updates live. One works without any internet connection. Employees in field roles, remote locations, or areas with poor connectivity are all covered.

Where MYQER Fits

A support layer. Not a replacement.

MYQER Workforce sits alongside your existing health and safety processes. It does not replace risk assessments, first aid training, or emergency procedures. It strengthens what you already have by ensuring essential information is accessible in the moment it is needed.

Works alongside health and safety processes

Your risk assessments, procedures, and trained first aiders remain central. MYQER ensures they have what they need when they need it.

Complements lone worker policies

MYQER adds a practical layer of emergency readiness without replacing the policies themselves. It is the mechanism that makes the information accessible.

Supports emergency response procedures

First aiders and emergency responders can act with greater clarity and confidence when essential information is immediately at hand.

For health, safety, and operations leads

Whether you are reviewing duty of care provisions, preparing for an audit, or looking to strengthen preparedness across a distributed team, MYQER Workforce is designed to support that conversation.

MYQER is not a medical device. It is not a diagnostic tool. It does not replace emergency services or professional medical judgement. It makes essential information accessible in the moment it is needed.
